The S-4 service model works with ownership and senior-level management teams to develop, execute and communicate sustainable business strategies and tactical plans.

Detailed tactical plans, accountability measures and key performance indicators are built into the strategy to evaluate its ongoing success. Multi-year financial forecasting and predictive modeling are used to diagnose potential outcomes and validate the success of the plan.
The overall plan should be communicated throughout the company so that everyone understands the company goals and their role in executing the strategy.
