BIO

Following a successful business career, John founded S 4 Advisory to utilize his 40+ years of experience managing manufacturing companies in operational, financial and executive-level roles to help those businesses improve strategically, operationally and financially.

John earned a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with a concentration in accounting and marketing from De Paul University. He began his career as a Certified Public Accountant at Price Waterhouse Coopers before advancing to CEO, COO and CFO positions in various privately held manufacturing companies. Working exclusively in the manufacturing field allowed John to dedicate his skills toward improving the competitiveness of American companies in order to help them thrive.

As a leader within these organizations, John led focused efforts in strategic planning, lean manufacturing, business expansion and team development, driving measurable results. In this capacity, he oversaw the establishment of visions and goals, identified metrics for success, and ensured that tactical and accountability systems were put into place — all of which were essential to the successful execution of each initiative.

John currently serves as a member of the board of directors and senior advisor for several Chicago-area companies. He and his wife Cindy of 40 years reside in Libertyville, Illinois. John enjoys spending his free time with his two children, son-in-law and two grandsons and is actively engaged in his local parish and community support programs.
